Expect to see a range of different light art installations in different art hubs in downtown Victoria, some with interactive elements, some with narrative, all will be beautiful
Expect to enjoy a winter hub to warm up in, have fun in, and gather information about the walking route

Victoria at Dusk takes place on the paved roads, alleyways, and indoor and outdoor spaces in downtown Victoria
Each venue will have accessible access
Please seek out a staff member or volunteer if you require any assistance or to find accessible routes to visit the art
Victoria at Dusk will take place rain or shine. As a winter event we expect inclement weather and it will be fun regardless!
Please dress in appropriate clothing and footwear.
Guests are encouraged to bring umbrellas, rain ponchos and footwear suitable for cold and wet terrain.
Pictures and videos are highly encouraged!
Please be respectful of others experiences.
Expect event videographers and photographers to be documenting the event for marketing purposes. Please advise them if you do not wish to be photographed/videoed.
As a family-friendly event please be advised it is a smoke, drug, vaping-free event. Help us to make this a family-friendly, smoke-free event.
Guests that may suffer from epilepsy or are affected by visual light stimulation effects are advised to attend at their own risk.
Please be advised this is an outdoor winter event. Hazards may include slipping, tripping, uneven surfaces, and any other hazards that exist in urban, downtown environments.
Please call 911 or visit the nearest medical, emergency, or hospital facilities for any emergencies.
Washrooms are available in the festival hub, various locations, and public washrooms
Paid parking is available throughout downtown Victoria. We encourage cycling, public transit, and carpooling. The route is entirely walkable in one evening even for a family, please do not drive between locations if you can avoid it.
There are many incredible food and drink venues all over Victoria, throughout the walking route. We highly encourage visiting some of these to warm and fill up in between your lights experiences!
